I recently won an auction for a diesel truck on eBay. I wanted to be sure the truck was as described before sending payment. I contacted Don and he agreed to inspect the vehicle the following day, which was Saturday! He found an issue with the engine that would have cost me thousands of dollars to repair. Most people wouldn't have taken the time to be as thorough as Don was with this inspection. His communication was fantastic! He was just a phone call or text away throughout the process.

What an amazing service. I bought a classic truck on eBay in Dallas, and my bank which was giving me the loan needed a value for vehicle. Found Classic Auto Appraiser on google and called them on a Saturday. By Weds I had a 20 page PDF with the appraised value, along with full breakdown of the vehicles condition of everything from the tires to the drive train, and photos. I can recommend them enough. I live in VA but had found a car in TX online that looked great. After putting down a deposit however, the seller did not respond to requests to send more pictures and information. I called up Don, who was able to inspect the car the very next day. He was very thorough (one of the men at the shop where the car was housed asked if he took that many shots of every car) and gave us a full report with very high quality pictures the following day. Ultimately we did not purchase the car, in large part due to the information he was able to provide us, saving us many thousands of dollars in purchase (and repair!) costs.
